SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS 

All items purchased from POPDROP are made pursuant to a shipment contract.

  • Transfer of Risk: This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. * Third-Party Logistics: We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

SECTION 5 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THIS SECTION LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

POPDROP shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of California).
