1. Collectibles & Blind Boxes

All items in the Blind Box, Art Toy, and Figure categories are Final Sale. Due to the nature of mystery collectibles, we do not accept returns for duplicate items or personal preference.

2. General Merchandise Returns

Apparel and accessories may be returned within 30 days. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

3. Authorized Return Address

To ensure your return is processed, please contact info@popdrop.com for authorization first. Approved returns should be sent to:
